The chain of Banfield Hospitals are very well staffed and always polite. Their wellness plans are a little pricey, but I am confident they are worth it. They did continue to charge me after my plan expired.

They killed my best friend. He was diagnosed with a heart murmur in 2019 and they never told my wife and I about. So when my wife and I took him in on Saturday morning he then diagnosed with congestive heart failure. And then the vet told me that he wouldn't last the night. I took my little dog in to banfeild back in November and banfeild refused to see him for any kind of treatment. I then took him to a pet hospital for treatment and they refused to treat my best friend as well.. These pet hospitals and vets are nothing but all about money. So I will never have another pet , because I will never trust another vet or a pet hospital again.

Stay with Banfield since 2017. Just transfer to Fontana location. Took my boy to do dental cleaning@7:30AM. Nurse called me around 4PM and told me he has one loose tooth and it came out during dental cleaning. When I went to pick up@5PM, nurse told me my boy had 4 teeth came out during dental cleaning and she told me it is normal. Excuse me??He just trun 7… Also nobody explain the report for comprehensive exam result, just tell me all good. Now my boy does not wanna eat and vomit at midnight…… Terrible experience...

This place is awesome! The price is reasonable, the staff are friendly and professional, and they do a great job! We bring our cat here to get her nails clipped and we are in and out in under 30 minutes and that is even with a walk in appointment! I have no complaints

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 29, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 29, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 29, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
