In 2021 I had made a complaint about "This Taco Bell specifically is very MISLEADING in what it does in business. I have walked up a couple a times and was able to get service and food because (there are days where I just don't have time to cook and I need to eat something and go to sleep). Now suddenly they don't accept walk UPS anymore. I don't have a car (NOT everybody can afford a car) They should have NEVER served me in the 1st place". Very CONFUSING😐✅💯 HOWEVER in 2022 there's a DIFFERENT/NEW Management and Crew✅💯. That made ALL DIFFERENCE😁💯. Plus this Taco🌮 Bell🫑 🔔 lobby IS FINALLY OPEN😁✅. I can order DELICIOUS food (and customize it the way I want) AGAIN😁✅. It's REALLY MATTERS who the Management and crew are. They make my experience and food AMAZING🥇💯. Thank you Management (ESPECIALLY), ya'll are the REAL MVP'S.

Got a crunchwrap supreme that had a massive clump of hair in it, five layer burrito with hair in it, and 2 spicy chicken sandwich tacos that were so overcooked in some areas that it was hard as a rock and split like wood in your hands. Was clearly microwaved at one point.
