Plus side, they have a call box that works to get a free shuttle to the airport- if that’s where you’re going. Downside, Benches appear to have been intentionally designed to be as uncomfortable as humanly possible. Makes waiting for the few trains that are still running an absolute agony on lower back. Bus’s never show up anywhere near the time train arrives. If you get off the train here, prepare to wait 20-30 minutes for a bus- or walk.

The Airport offers complimentary, on-demand shuttle service between the Airport and the Burbank Airport-North Train Station. The service is offered daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Passengers who wish to use the service can contact 818.729.2245 to request a ride once they have reached the Train Station or the terminal. Passengers riding from the terminal to the Train Station should proceed to the Valet Parking area to meet their shuttle.
