The same owner all of these years. Very good people have been nice to me always. I once left a deposit by mistake and returned two days later and got it refunded. No problem. Very honest.

Staff, meaning the older woman (mother) and her son, were very rude, not friendly in the least. The father was very friendly. The mother would inspect every single bath towel, hand towel and wash rag when you turned them in for clean ones. The son told us to take our DO NOT DISTURB sign off our door because the other guests didn't have them. We were planning on staying for a couple of months, as my husband was working there from out of town, but we left as soon as we could find other accommodations. Not to mention the place is in need of repair, has a roach problem. Never will I stay there again.

Great price point for a quick night's stay. Allowed pets with no extra charge. The area felt safe and the room was nice. I lost a copy of my recipe, which I needed for a reimbursement, and the staff was very quick to respond and send me another copy.
