Dawn, the lady working at the desk, was a complete gem. So sweet and made us feel so welcome. Provided us with some snacks and soda (I'm a rewards member) and made meca pot of decaf coffee. Was really relaxed sdter long drive from Southern Alabama. Dawn is a credit to your establishment.

It's just ok. Older facilities behind a mostly defunct mall. They kept the cleaning carts in the hallway right beside our room for some reason. Light Roast coffee and oatmeal was cold. Beds were hard and we could hear traffic from the interstate. However, it was clean and reasonably priced.

Room was fine, but Dawn at the front desk was extremely stand-offish and rude. She spoke over another man in the lobby while I was passing by, and She snapped at me for asking a question about cookies. Dawn completely lacks in any customer service ability.

My stay at the Hampton Inn in Dyersburg was great! The front desk was very helpful and their attention to detail was great. I checked in at 5:00am in the morning as this was more of a stop on a road trip to Florida and the front desk lady advised to put the "Do not disturb " sign to avoid disruption as I checked in so late. She also called my room to make sure others from my group were actually with me which I really appreciated and it made me feel safe. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. This was a great stay for much needed rest. Thank you Hampton Inn for providing a great stay.
