Always complain that they are understaffed. Always miss something on your order. Drinks take forever to get out to you. Staff there is not very attentive. Manager never came out to speak to a woman either who had a customer complaint, Instead offered to remake her order even though she had been waiting there forever. Several customers around us also had complaints also. Food quality depends on which cook is working also. Good luck with your experience. Either management needs to be changed or the restaurant should be shut down til they figure things out.

Our drinks and appetizers came out two minutes before our food. It was about 30 minutes after placing our order before the drinks came out. The food was awesome. Kitchen is great but the waitress staff was under trained and spread too thin.

Horrible wait time.. Been here 1.5 - 2 hours... No food. Too many lost staff members, very unhappy. Some employees standing around doing nothing standing near restrooms. Meanwhile we didn't have the chance to order drinks.. Finally, we received the appetizers for 1 of 5 meals and it was incorrect.. No sauce... Soup never came before meals. So many customers walked out waiting for their bill. The best employee was the host and a Gm from Memphis who only came to the table to make sure a manager came to the table. Waitress was super slow. Food finally came out 2.5 hours later. The manager advises he will fix bill.. He fixed NOTHING.. Don't go to this restaurant if you are expecting a good evening out. We spent the entire evening talking about Applebees service.No star should be given. We pay the bill and leave out the door. A van pull up with a family with kids and say" excuse me but how was the service, we advised it was horrible and a waste of time. Thank God we are from Wisconsin because this place should not be the representation of Applebee's service.

I love Applebees but this trip I wish I hadn’t even gone. They were not busy at all, a lot of employees standing around and waited forever for drinks. When they delivered our appetizer it was on a dirty plate! Pictures below, the food was ok but not like Applebees anywhere else. Paid way too much for the food that wasn’t the best. I would say pass this place up and go somewhere else. My SECOND waitress was helpful and friendly but the rest of the employees just standing around goofing off. Wasn’t the best experience and don’t think I’ll be giving this place another chance.
