In February 2022, a Google search lead me to several plumbing choices. It was 4:45 pm when I was calling for repair service. I had called 8 other plumbing businesses leaving voice messages requesting service for the Navien tankless hot water heater. However, Monkey Wrench Plumbing had a live person answer the phone. The answering attendant took my info and I received a call back from dispatch within 10-15min. A visit was scheduled for the following day and the technician even called to say he was running ahead of schedule. Several options were given for the repair work. I chose the estimate that fit my current budget and once the work was approved, the return date was scheduled according to my timeline. I asked a lot of questions during the whole process and was grateful for the information I received. I had an excellent experience and would recommend their service. I do not know anyone employee there, nor have I received any compensation for my words of praise. I simply received professional, on time, courteous service. Good Job Jason and Omar.
