I really appreciate Tony E. my technician who came to change my old gas water heater. He called ahead of time to let me know his approximate arrival time. He is very professional, knowledgeable and clean with the work area. He also answers all my questions on the newly installed unit with very helpful maintenance advises. I am very pleased with him finishing this service in two hours time despite the summer heat!

He cleaned the area completely before installation. He complied with the applicable building codes to the letter. He explained the operation of the system in detail and he answered all my questions. I had to have my water heater replaced. I was told that a technician would be out between 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. on the same day. I then got a call within the hour saying the technician David R. Pullen will be there in an hour which made it a little before 12:00. David was very professional, prompt, clean and did a great job in a timely manner. Our 16 year old water heater died and started leaking - called Water Heaters Only and though wasn’t able to get next-day, scheduled for the day after. Toa (the technician) arrived on time and was amazingly professional and friendly. Removed the old heater and fittings and installed a new water heater and setup. The new installation was professionally done and very clean/neat, a big upgrade and update from the previous setup. Installation was also smooth and quick and I highly recommend WHO - will personally recommend to neighbors and family in the area. Old heater and old fittings were hauled away - thank you guys!

Hi Johnny and Lindsay, It depends on the type of solar tank and connection. If it is a all in one solar system - we recommend contacting the solar provider, as they typically have a warranty via the solar company. If it is an electric water heater connected to solar, then yes that is a type of solar unit we might be able to service or install.
