The service is horrible! Been waiting for my pension paperwork, still have not received them over a 6 months of calling! Called again today, they were never sent out! Ridiculous, they sure want there union dues paid!! Very happy not to b apart of this Union.

I do not usually go to this Union 770 location. When I visited this location they were very nice and they really try to fight for you.

I have been in this Union 40 years and this has been the second time this year this Union is late sending out our pension checks. It's the third still don't have my check that should have been here on the first of December, so now I am in jeopardy of eviction. I will no longer let these people control my life. I worked hard and took alot of mess to get this pension check only to have these people mail our check out on November 30 to reach me by the time to pay my bills on time. Just sad.

With covid there can be delays due to not enough workers. In my case important documents I had submitted were miss filed. So advocate for yourself call and make sure nothing is missing or delaying your payments. Due to the above issues my payments were delayed, I should have called more often and asked probing questions.
Top pay should be $22.23 for Ralph's but i believe they go by how many hours you work to get to top, back in my day it was every 6 months you get a raise untill you hit top pay. But now you have to work by hours not very fast to hit top now. & you don't get paided 3x for holidays either this is Ralph's don't know about the rest

If you miss 3 days of work. & only if you didn't let management know. & i belive Store Manager not your dept Manager. Don't count on your dept Manager always tell Store Manager when you don't go to work.

Depends on what plan you're eligible for, my silver plan demand 64hrs a month, that about 16 hrs a week, The fund will provide that information.

Yes & the Cashier's job too, & more of a wait for customers waiting on other customers to check themselves out. Basically Stores are getting customers to do all the work themselves & not even giving them a discount to do it.
If you get promoted to cashier it is worth it but if there just using you here & there only 5cents more then what your making know at least that's what I've been told this is Ralph's by the way
