This is my second time using a Floyd's location. I must say love the vibe, love the staff, and love the cut at this location. Extremely please with the warm welcome I received and making me feel like a valued customer. And it wasn't just me, everyone that walked through the door was welcomed like family. Highly recommend this location.

Terrific experience. The online reservation really is slick and helps secure a time to get a cut without having to wait in line as a walk in. The barber was just finishing up a client before me and was ready moments after I arrived. This was my first visit to this location and I was really glad I tried it! I'd visited other Floyd's over the hill in LA, so I was thrilled to see the interior decor and style carried over. My barber was personable,e easy to talk to, got what I was after immediately and we connected instantly. We chatted about a variety of topics and subjects and I could tell he really enjoyed what he does and liked the company and the people. All and all a great vibe and a positive experience. I recommend it and the cut was great. Albeit a little shorter than I was aiming for but that was my bad as I didn't specify length on top. Barbers are not mind readers folks. We MUST communicate and be specific on what we want. Other than that, he delivered SPOT on and I looked like a human again and not come science experiment with crazy hair! Thanks!

I can't speak for every single Floyd's because I've only ever been to 2, but this location takes their jobs seriously in the best way. I felt pampered to the extreme getting a haircut here. I never really know what to do with my hair, so I love that I can tell them a general idea of what I'd like and they take over with suggestions. I got a cut from McKynlle and felt like I was in the most trusting hands in the world. I cannot recommend this place enough!
