Great coffee, food, and customer service most of the time. However, recently, they have had a girl at the window in the mornings that obviously needs to be in a different department of the job. She is terrible at customer service. She says nothing: no “thank you”, no communication period. Occasionally, she flashes a very tight-lipped grin, but that’s about it. I’m not usually a stickler for customer service, I know that it’s not everyone’s thing, but there are likely other people there that could at least utter a thank you. Other than that, this Starbucks has been pretty good.

This is a pretty consistent location. The occasional order mixup, but less than many others. Staff are generally nice as well and know their stuff.

This location is clean, beverages are prepared quickly, and the staff is very personable. The store manager (Stephanie) runs a tight ship! Not only is she awesome, but so is the rest of the staff. 10/10 experience!

Came in & got my usual but also wanted some expresso for home since Kroger always seems to be sold out. They only had the beans and happily ground them for me to my liking. What a nice neighborhood Starbucks! They're 💯!
