The man behind the counter would hardly acknowledge me when I and two out of town guests (from Scotland) stopped by. He just kept wiping the machines behind the counter and talking to someone on his headset. Finally a young woman came in and the guy behind the counter told her to wait on us. She had a real attitude. Ordered a cappuccino, a coffee, and a couple of glazed donuts. The woman took about 10 minutes to make the cappuccino, then it was stone cold. She blamed the machine. Then took another she to give us our regular coffee. Then she walked out the for and started making out with a man who’d been waiting for her. Terrible experience. Never going back. I was really embarrassed in front of my guests. All they wanted was to taste a donut which they’d never eaten. Donuts weren’t even that good. Sheesh.

My first time at the Rosa Parks location in Nashville TN. Thought it was fast, they seemed nice. The driver in front of me paid for my coffee which was sooo nice;) but I’ve got a 5 year old in the backseat that demanded donuts last minute after I ordered my coffee. Don’t have to pay the $3.16 for my coffee, but for 3 donuts they charged me a Bogus $4.55? My coffee was specific flavor with lots of cream and sugar and it was god awful tasting, bland with zero flavor and not sweet at all. And my donuts were definitely not made that morning as they were so dry and stale. Had to go buy coffee from a different location just to get what I have asked for. How hard is it to do a job you’re getting paid to do??? No newbies here, just lazy folks. I am never going there again, I’d rather pay more $ at Starbucks.

As with most Dunkins, this one can’t get a coffee order right to save their lives. Been in 2 dozen times and each visit it’s some variation of wrong. One time I swear they drank out of my coffee, cup was 80% full.
