I surprised my sister for birthday and had her a frontal sew in done and the SAME NIGHT the frontal started coming undone. Not to mention the environment and atmosphere there was not fun. The style alone was nice but we stayed there over 8 hours even if you had appointment. Miserable. Seemingly Overbooking appointments and taking too many walk ins at the same time .....appointments SHOULD HAVE be taken care of first.

I made an appointment with this lady at 4 pm. She calls me at 3:34 asking me if I’m supposed to be here at 3 or 4 (okay you don’t keep up with your appointments?) & then she asks me if I can come tomorrow instead because she forgot one of her tools. I expressed to her I just spent time getting ready and she told me I will make her late for her next appointment if she has to go run and get the tool. Ummm that’s not my problem!?!?? But you know what my hair services were estimated to cost $400 thank god I didn’t give her my money I’ll be happy to spend it with someone else
