Terrible customer service. Delivery driver was rude, refused to do his job and then wouldn't get out of my house after I continued to tell him to 5x. Manager didn't even care, told me "no one died".

My 84 years old Mom needed a new Mattress. After looking at some of the reviews and the positive comments regarding Ortho Mattress, off we went. Greeted by Robert as we walked in, Robert was very cautious with my Mom's mobility concerns as she laid on 3-4 different mattress and choose the one that suited her best. Oh course like most Mom's, complained about the price of a quality mattress. Bought Mom a fish taco on the way home and all is good. Thanks Robert
