Wasn't sure what I needed and before I left I understood the problem and had what I needed to resolve the issue. I had chosen a more expensive part but he showed me a less expensive part that was better. He could have gotten over $200 more off me. Really nice guy and they do not take advantage of you. I will be a return customer.

I've been to the other Auto Parts stores. O'Reilly is the ONLY store I will go to now. The others, no matter what store you go to, are hateful and the service sucks. ANY O'Reilly store you go into the staff is always helpful and a pleasure to talk to! They truly want to help you unlike their competitors!

O'Reilly has gone through changes in personal gains and losses just as others companies have done. But the store is well stocked parts are delivered to requesting clients. In store hospitality and services need additional training. In customer service as personal experience new clients.

I love oriellys and I always have but this store in particular seems a bit unorganized and slow. They don't seem to keep some of the parts in stock that other stores do and staff can be a bit grouchy. Ever since the new auto zone opened up thats where I have been going.

I'm an employee there and Lisa above is correct, first we need to know where your leak is. We have numerous additives with stop leak in them. The best way though to stop it is to replace the gaskets or seals that are causing your problem.
Not helpful to you, but I doubt they use this for a question and answers area. It's for end users to review the stores.
