There was only one person in front of me in the drive thru and it still took 20 minutes. They had nothing but extra crispy chicken, which I don't mind, but would've liked the option. I thought the service and quality would've improved after the revamp but no. Go to Popeye's.

The food was good but our order was wrong on everything but the wings. One wrong is forgivable but the entire order NO!!!and also we didn't get my grandson's french fries and that's all he wanted!!!!!!

These losers make up any excuse after 5pm to not serve the guest. I have been told food could not be cooked because the kitchen closes at 7pm, so it's just leftovers after that. Last night they stopped taking orders at 5pm because of bad weather coming an hour later. We went across the street and got food. On the way out, some time later, 4 loser KFC employees are hanging out in the KFC dining room. These location is ran by losers and should be avoided.

Good, could work on paper towels in bathroom (men's), very few lids in dining room for your drinks. The employees filling the orders was very close. I guess needs improvement.
