Would give 5 stars but some of these cashiers especially a couple in customer service need to adjust their attitudes. No smiles no welcomes no nothing. Makes ya feel like you're an inconvenience.

Very poor customer service. Checked online first to see if the 55 gallon metal trash barrel was available(it was). Then called customer service to verify and make 100% sure they had it before wasting an hour of my time and around $20 in gas. They assured me they had the item. Upon arrival I didn't see any outside, so went in to ask.The 2nd lady at the counter took 5 seconds to verify over the radio that they didn't have any, but the lady on the phone call couldn't have taken the same 5 seconds to verify? They haven't had any in weeks... Not only did it happen at the Madisonville,KY store today, it happened at the Owensboro,KY store a few weeks back. Just awful lazy customer service. Buyers beware! They're not willing to spend 5 seconds of their time over the phone so I won't be spending a dime there ever again. Zero stars.

I love this store! They are super nice and have almost everything. My favorite part is the ducks. I ordered some ducks online and bought some from this store. The ones from the store are super healthy and thriving better than the ones shipped.
