On a recent trip with our dogs with us, so we used the Cracker Barrel app and their to go ordering many times in several states from Indiana down and back to Georgia and Florida. This Cracker Barrel was the best of the bunch. Everything was correct, well made and well packaged. Extra salad dressing and napkins as well. Great job.

Took 10 minutes... seriously.. to get seated. Employee after employee walked past us without acknowledging we were there. No one would even look at us. And we weren't the only people waiting Kept having to tell the server what came with our meal. Positive....Steak that came with our meals was awesome. Done perfectly.

I went here tonight with my family. We had a very enjoyable time, however, I couldn't help but notice the lack of smiles from the employees with the exception of the waitress who was very nice and cheery. The food was flavored good but cold. I didn't and wouldn't complain, customer service is hard enough without complainers. I tried to give as many smiles as possible to everyone and tipped appropriately. I will go back because this is our favorite restaurant and it's always been amazing in the past. I hope the management sees this and does something nice for them to help them to like their jobs more. The best way to motivate people is money, especially in these hard economic times. A raise would be good for moral. A thank you and compliments help too. I hope the customers see this and give extra smiles to the staff and that they tip their servers well. It's the least we can do to thank them for the work that they do and spread a little kindness in a world that needs it so much these days. God bless.

Food was good overall. Rainbow trout was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Breakfast plate was good as always. Biscuits were warm and soft. 2 things could have been better. Chicken and dumplings were a bit runny and chicken gravy on the chicken tenders was kinda bland. Prices are fair.
