Room was great except a minor issue with the door. Breakfast was good and complete and they didn't use COVID as an excuse not to serve it. Rooms are being remodeled, but all common areas were clean. Pool area was very hot because it was indoors, but many hotels have this challenge during hot weather with indoor pools.

Hotel was clean however I had a 11am checkout time but a cleaning lady walked into my room aft 9am without knocking and when I called the front desk the lady NANCY was Nassau on the phone and would not let me speak to a manager. Then she'd hung up on me. I would not recommend

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would ! The management is EXTREMELY rude, we checked in for 5 days, had told the front desk gentleman that we had pets, he then gave us our room keys to the second floor, we had gotten up there and FULLY unpacked only to be told the next day that we were not allowed to be in that room since it was "not pet friendly" so we had to pack EVERYTHING back up, and move to the first floor, so we were already upset with that, then two days later after being moved the management then proceeded to argue with us that we never told them we had pets, how is that possible when we were moved from one room to another BECAUSE we had pets! There were kids everywhere and we had stomping above us the entire time we were here and we told them about it as well and nothing was done. The management argued with me about that and I had told them we are leaving Sunday, since we had already paid for our room in its entirety. Well come Saturday morning at 8am!!! They came to our room, woke us up and told us we had to leave the hotel, how dare these people. Also, the rooms were absolutely disgusting, and almost not livable. If they see you do anything they will follow you and watch you from the front doors or wherever you are going, this hotel is THE WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at and will never recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Do not stay here!!! Very disgusted with this hotel.

I wasn't able to edit my Expedia review for this hotel and they won't let me post a new one but I just wanted to say that I had overall a good experience staying at this hotel. It was nice and relatively clean. The amenities we needed for a one night stay were adequate. The breakfast was good. Initially, my complaint was that the beds for the room I had reserved were advertised as Queen but upon looking and sleeping on them they surely felt like Double beds especially when compared to my home bed. However, upon inquiring with the hotel manager, the manager personally confirmed that the two beds were certified Serta Queen mattresses. Although, it seems that we maybe in a disagreement, I stand corrected. I had no other issues with my stay at this hotel and I would definitely stay here again if need be. I recommend staying here as their rates are reasonable compared to some other places nearby or in downtown Louisville that have expensive rates.
