This company does NOT take care of their Tennants at all. Everything is done on the cheap ( except the rent ) The pain on the walls rub off when you try to clean them. The carpet snags and falls apart. They do NOT enforce the parking in the lot. When I moved out I was told I was getting my deposit back,3 weeks later I got a letter from the collection agents stating I owed them 177.00. They NEVER contacted me to let me know...just turned me over to collections. I do NOT recommend this apartment complex or any other that this company owns.

Where do I start? I’ve never witnessed such a complete display of unprofessional behavior. I tried to rent a unit. I was told I could move in the weekend before the 4th. I hired movers and took time off from work. I received a call a few hours before I was supposed to get my keys and was told “sorry, I would have to wait another week to move in.” Realizing it was the holiday weekend, I tried to have a positive attitude. I was told I could move in the following week. I went to get my keys the following week, again hired movers and took the day off from work. I went to get my keys and was shown a one-bedroom unit. At no time EVER did I ask for a one bedroom. Cherish Sizemore completely lied to me. In fact she was showing my unit to another family the day I was supposed to get my key. She told me I was wrong and was unapologetic. They kept my application fee and didn’t return processing fee. I had to look for a new place and find a place to stay in the meantime. Do not rent here.

Be careful with paying the application fee for apartments they claim to be available on their website. Charged me $40 for an application fee for a 3 bedroom and then all of a sudden it’s already been leased. Their leasing agent Cherish Sizemore said thats the “risk” you take. Sounds more like a scam than a “risk” when it’s leased a day later.

These apartments are decently furbished, in a great area, and look nice. Maintenance does a great job fixing things in good time. There are no washer and dryers even though there are hookups for them so just be aware of that. However, management at this place is inept to the point of pain. They have numerous times cheated me out of my money and are difficult to work with. They refused to apologize, or work with me, and in general has been very rude any time I try to bring up grievances. They are terrible at being organized or communicating with people (and it seems they purposely avoid interaction.) It is in desperate need of new management. This is the only reason it has 2 stars. Otherwise it would be a 5. Many of my friends who have lived here have the same issues as well.
