After 2 months of not going to this location every time my kids ask, we tried once again to get an order. It took 21 minutes from the time we got in the Drive-Thru line, which was not long, to actually get one sandwich and a small fry. They tried to make me pay for my mobile order which had already been paid for. Then we pulled up to the next window to get the food, and even though there was no car there, it took them 8 minutes to hand me a bag with a sandwich and small fries. This location has been unbelievably slow every time we have tried to go there in the last year. When we went two months ago and ordered for five people they got literally every single item we ordered wrong, and took over 30 minutes to get through a line that only had two cars in front of us. The only reason my small order was correct this time it was because I placed it on the mobile app. We definitely won't be back here.

Most of the time my food is correct and hot. And when I've had previous issues, I've been contacted and offered a replacement. Only a 4 star because I have had several mess ups at this location but the majority of the time I've had no issues.

The wait in line is absolutely absurd! Waiting 30 mins then 20 mins for them to take your order when there's no one even here. They need to get a routine going and get the employees on the same page. And it's a 2 lane drive through so neither drive through was going at a pace! We were both stand still. Now I'll rate the manners of the guy. He was nice and had good manners. Now for the food...the fries were fresh but the nuggets were a tad old and it's 11:22am.

Nothing in that restaurant takes 25 minutes to make and I don't understand why you sit at a drive-thru speaker for longer than 20 minutes waiting on someone to even take your order. Lobby is hardly ever open and there is no phone number to contact the store when they mess your order up. They're now hiring signs for up to 1550 is a joke. I know six people that put in applications went to interviews two of them were hired and none of the six were offered more than $10 an hour.
