This place sold me a laptop that absolutely don’t work! My fault I didn’t make them check it before I left, however that’s there job! I was not even offered a Protection plan! I come back not even 24 hrs later and they tell me basically my problem! Wrong is wrong and right is right! This is bad bad business! I have spent a good amount of money here and I will never go back!

Took a laptop in, had it clear just like I was trained at Best Buy and was told “I have better things to do” by an employee when he began to look at it. To top it off the manager agreed with the employee. Poor customer service.

I don't understand this place. It seems I get a different answer about pricing every time I go in. One time, they are ready to deal, the next time they won't take less that what's on the sticker as noted by the reduction dates. I've also noted they closely seem to follow eBay asking pricing when an item first hits the floor. Nothing wrong with that necessarily, but then not to reduce the price when a potential sale is at hand just doesn't make sense to me. Maybe it does to them, I don't know. I think they depend a lot on people buying things on layaway, paying on time, and not really putting much attention on the bottom line. I think my biggest frustration is I never know what I'm going to get when I walk in. I was looking at a $1600 ring for my wife, and all they would do is take care of sales tax. Wow. That was not what I expected. But anyhow, business seemed to be booming there, so someone likes what they get. I personally find myself simply driving by without stopping more and more because of the pricing inconsistencies.

So every time I go to this location I look at their games and everytime I go they have nothing new and they try to sell at the same price as Amazon would go or GameStop even though they're horribly scratched up and not even playable. Not including friends who's going to consoles from there that were locked out or broken and they have no warranty to cover their stuff. So long story short no matter how good customer service you got if you keep getting stolen stuff and crappy stuff and trying to sell it for full price even though it's someone else's junk that nobody wants your never going to sell it. The store needs to be revamped or redone to be a well-presented pawn shop like the other Cash America Pawns are.
