Staff was friendly, just no fast food place puts any effort into their Dine-in customers. What they don't realize is that drives me away from drive-thru as well.

Food was pretty good. The fries were slightly cold but the big mac was super good. It could have been faster, it took about 10 minutes to get my food, but granted the drive thru was packed. But the employees were really nice and respectful. Highly recommended this place.

Ordered Quarter Pounder with Cheese and bacon (first pic) and the second pic is what I got (nothing except lettuce). You had one job!

I purchased a southwest grilled chicken salad as I always do. However the particular day what I received was very disappointing. I receive about three to four pieces of corn and black beans about four stings of cheese along with five tortillas chips and a few pieces of lettuce. I called the corporate to advise them the representative they took my information and I have yet to hear from anyone.

You shouldn't have waited that long but I do know that the gallons of tea are brewed to order. You should contact the store directly. If you had issues with mgmt then you should contact the general manager or the owner
So, depending on the location, it could be because the trucks are not coming due to covid, or there just selling alot. I suggest going to another mcdonald's.
They've messed my order up, however, they are great about fixing if if you come right back in and let them know what happened. They're busy. Mistakes happen. I've been please with their speed at fixing them :-)
