Waited over 30 minutes inside after ordering from the kiosk. Got tired of waiting. Asked for a refund. Was told one was processed and it ain't in my account. Worst dining experience of my life. All my kid wanted was a happy meal. I think a national boycott of fast food would get this nonsense together. How dare you? Literally held captive only to be robbed. Enjoy my 23.08, McDonald's. Last of my money you will ever get. I WILL BE BACK FOR MY MONEY. DIRTY thieves.

TAKE EDIBLES FIRST! The lemers and sting-ray petting pool are fun, though rays feel icky. The butterfly garden is chill af. Sharks look stupid and the sea turtle takes FOREVER to see. Downstairs, they have these four vertical jellyfish tanks that are lit up in crazy colors and you can stand in the middle and it's crazy. I never saw a single McDonalds and it was in a big building in Chatanooga by the river, but the McDonalds probably hits.

Most unorganized place I've ever been. I had to repeat my order about 5 times and it still ended up being wrong. Worst of all the women completely forgot to give my card back and I hadn't realized until I got miles away. I called back and they didn't answer until the 2 time. Absolutely awful

1. The breakfast here is amazing. It's ALWAYS hot, fresh, and delicious!! 2. The staff at this location is so friendly. They are well-trained, and the guy who took my order said "cool beans" and I appreciated the humor. In addition, the attitude the staff had working Christmas Eve was fantastic. Everybody did great. This is my FAVORITE McDonald's EVER and I am loyal to this location. I don't know who runs this place but they deserve to be recognized. 3. Speed of service and order accuracy has been spot on every time I have come here. Thank you Midway McDonald's, my guys here are great. THANK YOU
