I grew up in Shepherdsville and everytime I come to visit I make sure to stop in. This guy has been there for 26yrs now! They have never taken cards so that's a pretty well known fact. The donuts are always delicious and I'd put the custard filled long johns against any other bakery any day

This would have been a 4 STAR review if there were more options in pastries but they were limited, especially since they open at 5 AM. It may not be like this all the time and this was an off chance. Regardless, if you're looking for a fresh, light, airy, and delicious confections. This place is definitely a stop to be made.
