My family loves eating here. Service is always great. Our recent visit we waiting maybe 10 minutes to be sat as only 2 waitresses were working but it was worth the wait. We had great service and food was excellent.

We went in and ordered carry out. While we waited over 20 minutes for our food, three parties left after waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes. They were either ignored or rudely told to, “Just wait!” When we received our food, I checked to make sure all the containers were in the bags, and I had to ask for silverware and condiments because none were provided. When I unpacked the food, the chili spaghetti container that I ordered contained only spaghetti noodles- NO chili, NO beans, NO cheese. We were passing through town and had been wanting to try Big Boy’s. Needless to say, it was a VERY disappointing experience.

1st time eating there. There was only one waitress, she did a great job keeping up with seating, taking orders, delivering food. She also did it with a smile even though people were being nasty and rude:( I hope this owner appreciates what a valuable employee they have! She deserves an award and a raise! The food was hot & delicious. I will definitely eat there again the next time I am traveling through that area.
