The person at the counter was looking at her phone. We had to get her attention to order. Noticed a couple who came in after us did the same thing. The fries were cold and so was my hamburger. Want satisfied at all.

This is the poorest excuse for a fast food restaurant that there is. When I think of this location I no longer have questions on why burger king is going bankrupt and is the worse of the 3 burger fast food restaurant the food is always cold and management is pathetic and when I say pathetic I mean the manager don't know what made to order is. I mean she literally asked me what you mean if you don't know what them 3 words mean you most definitely do not need to be overseeing a restaurant to make it worse there upper management is aware of these problems but remain unapologetic and unwilling to fix the problem. Next time u think about visiting this store skip it make the extra 5 minute drive to hillview and the corporate store where they actually honor the saying have it your way

Stopped by to get a quick dinner through the drive thru window! Very polite young man took my order and I received it very fast, and everything was exactly as I ordered it. It had been a while since I had Burger King, and the first time I stopped in at this particular one! EVERYTHING was hot and fresh! I was very satisfied and I will continue to do business with this particular Burger King restaurant! Two thumbs up from a very satisfied customer! Thanks 😊
