Put their nasty beef on my chicken chalupa. Gas is to high to drive back. Also put lettuce on the taco.

Line in drive thru so i went inside. Ordered 3 chalupa boxes $25. 20 minutes later, all drive thrusters had left and I still had no food. asked for money back. Two people not doing a thing gave me my money back. No one had even started my order by that time

I have mixed feelings about my last visit. When I arrived there were 4 cars in front of me so I thought it would move a little faster. I get the staffing issues they may be facing, but 20 minutes in the drive through is a bit much. If this was my only issue I wouldn't be writing this. So, based on these pictures I was happy to have my lunch. It looked delicious, right? Wrong. The Taco shell was broken, which was ok, I was going to crunch it up in a bowl and have a taco bowl, no biggie. Almost 75% of the shell was soggy. If I wanted a soft taco I would have ordered one. 🤷 I threw the shell away and ate the rest of the taco toppings out of my bowl. This would have been a different review if these were the only two problem. My Nachos were soggy too! WTH? The meat and beans were also cold. I love cold (hot) toppings and soggy nacho chips. Lastly, they forgot the sauces, napkins, etc... I'll update once they redeem themselves, if I go back. Today's visit was just horrible.

Very long wait even though it wasn't very crowded. Worker's were running around frantically every time a customer walked in. I asked for no sour cream and got extra sour cream. I asked for a couple hot and mild sauce and got a mountain of packets on top of my food. I don't think it's funny and I'm throwing them away, not reopening to recycle them.
