we use to love this place until the last few experiences. we've always ordered carry out, just easier, but this place went downhill. the most recent carryout was the worst, convinced me to never order here again and made me consider fighting for a refund which has never happened before. (i sent an email and never recieved a response) the carryout was set for 5:30, bf arrived a little later and was told they were having issues so it would be a little longer. no problem. multiple groups came in after him, ordered, and recieved their food before he received our order. then he was told they "didn't know our order was put in". he was then handed *cold* food, one meal being half the size of the other. obviously the food had been sitting around if it was cold. for the price especially I'm extremely irritated and disappointed since we thought we found a decent grub spot.

This is, for sure, the best place to get a burrito in the whole city. Everything they make is delicious; The giant burritos crafted with tender, loving care, the elotes dusted with magical seasonings and cheese, the delicious cocktails masterfully mixed, and the weekly specials that are sure to tantalize both your tongue and your creative spirit. I love the environment too, everyone is always very friendly, the decor is beyond cool, and the pinball machines are just a sweet addition to an already rad place. I come here every chance I can get, if I lived closer I'd definitely be there daily.

I had the Lemmy burrito in a bow for $13.50, plus chips and cheese dip for $5.50, unfortunately was 2 oz. of beef a ton of French fries, guacamole and few fixing in the bowl. I was not impressed by the taste and very small bowl. I did enjoy playing ping ball machines.

A New Wave indeed. Don't get me wrong, Chipotle burritos are still bae. But there's something nice about a more down to earth burrito experience. While you eat your food, you'll be surrounded by others playing away at the pinball machines just trying to get that next new high score. With this chill, old school, back in the day gaming atmosphere experience. You'll definitely want to come and relax a little and get some good food while your here.

Yes
They keep it to a small radius due to not having delivery drivers, you can try apps like door dash, Postmates or uber eats to see if theyll deliver New Wave to you.
We deliver within a radius of about two to two and a half miles. This includes Camp Taylor, Audubon Park, Germantown, and Old Louisville. We go south down Preston as far as Indian Trail. If you're outside the zone and have a larger order and a bit of lead time (an hour or so) we can usually make it work if it's not too far, Thanks!
Order online. Pull into parking lot. Call to inform them youre outside and they will run your order out to you. Option B, live within their delivery zone and get it delivered
