I would like to preface that I had my go-to optometry clinic that I was loyal to for about 4 years but somehow, they refused to pick up my calls for an appt so I had to go search for a new one. I've always enjoyed the feel of a family clinic and Pacific Optometry really offers that. I found this clinic through yelp by a stroke of luck. I thought they would be SO backed up but I called ahead and was able to obtain an appt with two days. Got a lens and contact lens exam without any trouble. I even got some sample contact lens to try on. I scheduled a second appt for a dilated eye exam (for eye health reasons) just as easily. I do appreciate their approach for offering different glass options as well as contact lens. They simply want to make sure that they inform the patient of all the options available. Loving this place, will share it to my friends who require vision needs.

I had a great experience! The exam went well and they answered all my questions. Then I received help finding the perfect pair of glasses for me and also received help with figuring out my coverage/cost. I had the best experience overall here compared to anywhere else I’ve been!

Pacific Optometry is a nice little office. I hadn't been to an optometrist in over a decade and they made the process easy. Not only that, every single member of the staff was kind and friendly. Dr. Zhao was very personable, friendly, and efficient with the appointment. This allowed me more time to decide on my glasses. Shout-out to Raquel for helping me decide on my frames!

Overall I had a really great experience at Pacific Optometry group. Costco did not accept my insurance but fortunately they did here. The facility is very clean and follows strict covid protocols. The staff and doctor and super friendly and informative about every process and all the options you have. I have to emphasize how sweet and friendly the doctor is! She makes you feel comfortable and welcome with small talk and gets to know her customers all while being providing the highest quality service. I can not complain about anything, overall it was perfect. I will definitely be coming back!
