This a great medical office…easy and convenient however they do not offer all services and do not have an emergency room. Their hours are usually from 8-4:30 When you enter the Bank of America building proceed to the down escalators and proceed to the left and exit out into the courtyard and you have to circle around, a bit confusing but worth it 👍🏽

Clean location and doctor was friendly. The nurses look less professional than the people who work at Walmart though. The nurse here wore a crew shirt and sweats with sneakers and acted like he hated his life.

Kaiser hasn't been at this location very long, since last January I think. The upside is that a lot of the doctors here don't have long waits for last minute appointment scheduling. You can park at the Bank of America building for $6 or $7 once you get it validated. You can blood work done here as well. The only downside is that there is no pharmacy, so if you're like me and need multiple, you still need to visit the Sunset location. When you walk in the building, go down a flight of stairs, and go through the glass doors (you'll see a waterfall). The Kaiser section is on the other side.

Yes, if you have an appointment the nurse who takes your weight/blood pressure/temp will ask you if you want to get a flu shot. They'll do it after you meet with the doctor. I don't know if you need an appointment to get the flu shot, though.
