FIVE buses have passed United Airlines. It is criminal to treat passengers in Terminal 7 as if they do not matter or exist! COVID STANDARDS do not require empty buses! Make two routes- terminals 1-4 and 5-7. On a Friday afternoon, surely SOMEONE has taken quantitative methods and has figured out this! Criminal.

It's really not bad in theory but it has a long way to go as far as capacity. Regardless, the system works. You walk to a LAX-IT shuttle area (which is a standard sized bus). The shuttle takes you to the ride share area. I'd say order your car a couple minutes into the shuttle ride. Once you get there it's a pretty simple process

Honestly, the most horrible experience at LAX. Three shuttle buses passed us at terminal 5. One was semi full (obviously no one knew how to move to the back of the bus to make room for others, because it wasn't full. Then 2 other buses just passed us. Waited for 20 minutes before deciding to walk through the construction to get to the lot at terminal 1. There was NOTHING convenient about this, especially at 1AM. There has to be a better way to do this.

Uber and taxi pick-up point. A concept that is new to me. Very nice concept but Ubers are not eager to pick you up for a longer ride
