I had a very poor experience when taking a COVID test. The elderly lady who works the pharmacy was extremely rude to me. I don't think I've ever had someone in a field of service behave as rudely to me as this woman. I refrain from ever leaving negative reviews because people's jobs are at stake, but this was a terrible experience for me. If you need to get a COVID test done, I'd suggest doing somewhere else.

Mismanaged and disappointing store with poor customer service. I had an appointment for a COVID vaccine on November 27th at 4pm. Drove 30 minutes to get my shot. I arrived 5 minutes early only to find a sign on the pharmacy window that the pharmacy was closed. The people working in the store were not helpful. Nobody called to tell me my appointment would be canceled. Stay away.
