I really wish I could give this campground more stars because the campground itself is very pretty. However the staff that work here have no clue what’s going on. You can ask one question and each staff member will give you a completely different answer to the same questions. Questions literally as simple as how do we late check out. One staff member told us we could stay till 1pm free of charge. Another staff member told us it was $10 every hour after 11am (no problem). Then another staff member told us it was $10 every hour after 11am with a leave time no later then 2pm. Additionally they charged my card $75 without my permission to store our seadoo which we could have easily brought back to our house as we only live a few minutes away. We did ultimately put our seadoo in the storage seeing as though they already charged my card. I will be reporting the unauthorized charge. They also tried to charge us a "boat" fee for our blow up stand up paddle board. If you can deal with never getting a straight answer, I'd totally recommend staying here but if you plan to interact with any of the staff I would highly avoid this campground

1st time camping hete but have visited many times. Nice place. They water the lawn Sun thru Thurs. So, tale ur chairs and toys off the lawn. I had a site with lake views. Very nice. About 9pm the raccoons and skunks come out. Just looking for food, so put ur trash away and anything else a raccoon likes to eat. Nice lil store with items u might need. I had full hook ups. Worked flawlessly. I will return. Sherry 😎

We planned a weekend stay here and loved it so much we ended up staying 8 days! Every campsite has what seems like it's own park to enjoy! Lot's of grass, huge trees to sit under and each site even has it's own trash container with lid at the end of it's space #. Spacious RV spots, lots of bike & walking trails. We road our bikes, safely through 3 different cities! Even enjoyed the adult pool. It's not very big but we did enjoy that they had a separate adult only pool to relax in. We brought our own camping chairs since chairs and shade were very limited, however, that didn't stop us. They have showers next door to the pool and we were able to shower and rinse off before heading back to our RV. Bonelli RV Resort is #1 on our list for it's beautiful green hills, long scenic bike rides, amazing views and spacious sites.

I understand when you see 1 star you may think a person is biased but please read on before you stay here. My husband and I travel in a sprinter van for work and finding a place to park in LA is virtually impossible so when we found an opening here we were excited to be camping over the holiday. For those of you who RV a lot know that some of the loops while on the map it may look like you have your own space you are actually sharing a paved parking spot with your neighbor. Also, the bathrooms have 2 toilets and two showers each and with the doors being propped open everyone can watch you shower. There are no fire pits at your camp site unless you bring one that is 18 inches off the ground and you can put it on concrete. There are no grills at the sites. Also, you are not allowed to hang up hammocks or anything from the trees. Make sure you bring plenty of leveling blocks because most of the sites are not level. We called last minute to find they had 2 spaces available for the 3 nights we were looking to stay (dec 31-jan 3). The woman working reservations was informed twice we were traveling in a sprinter van, to which the only question she asked was how long the van was. Upon check in, which the office window looks out on the sprinter van, I was given no information other than turn right at the stop sign and go all the way around the loop. Not once did Deanna in the office ask for ID. Once we drove all the way around loop A to A136 we found our spot. This was around 4 pm on Friday Dec. 31st. We enjoyed the loud music playing for the NYE party around loop A. We slept in on the 1st and went out for a late lunch. Upon arriving back to our spot at 2:30 pm on the 1st we were greeted by a campground host asking if our van had electric, sewer, or water hook ups. Which it does not. He promptly reported us to the office and within 5 minutes I received a call letting me know we were being evicted. Apparently you have to have 2 out of 3 hook ups to be allowed to stay at Bonelli Bluffs RV park which is not mentioned anywhere on their website, confirmation packet, during reservation, or at the time of check in. After staying over one night and planning on spending not only NYE but also my birthday camping this news was more than disappointing. Yes they did give us a refund for the two nights we didn't stay but if you have ever been to the LA area you know having to search last minute 7 a replacement place to stay is practically impossible. Deanna, the same woman who checked me in the day before also was the unapologetic woman evicting us from our space.
