Very terrible experience at this particular location in Evansville. During peak dinner hours I waited in drive thru for a lengthy amount of time with no one else in line. The environment didn't feel safe and the food was old and cold, and part of my order was missing. The iced tea had also gone sour. I contacted the area manager and she responded quickly. I asked for nothing, and I'll never go back but I'm certain she will address the issues. I love Captain D's. The Henderson KY location is amazing and has excellent customer service.

Service was very rude! Dingy attitudes! Will never eat there again. should have taken a picture of the drive thru associate. Very low class

I can't help it, but I'm a true Captain D's fan! As long as it's fresh, it's always good! A little greasy, but so delicious! UPDATE: This location has always been slow, but we stopped for sandwiches on 2/25/22 and waited TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES. Management needs to get it together!

The fish is never done any more. I keep hoping that they'll get it right, but this will probably be our last time there. I can't tolerate doughy fish any longer. Hushpuppies were too greasy, macaroni was bland and my husband's fries were cold. My fries were perfect. I just don't understand why they can't cook the fish til it's golden like they used to.
