This locations manager is a bum never any frostys the machine is always "down". The slowest employees in the world. This location only serves food to paying customers with vehicles if you don't own a car your S.O.L. they wont take you as a customer lobby is never open. I hope to speak to the general manager. My entire family has always enjoyed Wendy's. Now i have a half a mind to completely stop eating at wendys. Thanks for nothing st Joseph ave wendys turning down paying customers.

I think Wendy's is my go-to big chain fast food burger joint. There's always something new to try (I only go a few times a year), the ingredients all seem real, the meat has good flavor. The new strawberry Frosty is surprisingly good and the breakfast baconator is the best fast food breakfast sandwich on the market. This particular Wendy's was very clean, quick, and employees were friendly.

I will never order from here again. I ordered through the Wendy’s mobile app this evening and had it delivered. However the driver calls me and tells me that they don’t have the chicken sandwich or frostys so I call the driver and speak to the manager. The manager tells me that I have to go through door dash to get a refund. I tried explaining to him that I did not order through doordash that I ordered through the Wendy’s mobile app. He then said he can’t switch any sandwich’s out which is crazy considering I ordered the 5.00 biggie bag and makes no sense as why you can’t switch a biggie bag sandwich for the the same thing. I asked for corporate number and he refused to give it to me. I want my refund as the food I got was not edible. How am I to get a refund on my food from ordering through the mobile app when the manager is rude and won’t even give me the corporate number. We were missing a whole meal plus two drinks. Our sauces and my 2 year old won’t even eat the food because the burgers are burnt and the fries are literally mush.

I don't know what was going on, but I was in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before getting to the order speaker. After another 5 min of nothing from them I left. Decent food, but on 4-2-22: horrible service for fast food. I hope they caught the cow that they were chasing...
