Ordered a chicken taco salad with house dressing. Got home there was no chicken on it and no dressing😮 how did they mess up a salad? And when I called they wanted me to drive all the way back there like I was lying and they needed proof!?😡 here's your proof... 8 bucks for a bowl of lettuce.. Went back Today Because my son wanted to go I don't know why. Got a saggy taco salad when I told them about it they said they would replace it went back they accused me of eating it or doing something to it and gave me a couple salad with Barely anything in it.Order 2Burritos without super hot sauce for my six-year-oldThat of course had super hot sauce on it. They were very rude and disrespectful. I'm so upset at this point I would like to fight all of the managers. This is an invitation.

Customer service was great from person taking our order, person who handed us our food didn't speak and the mumbled your welcome. Spent $25 and it was worth $10 max. Requested no black beans and got extra beans.

They used to be awesome but not anymore. Quality has seriously gone downhill. We've tried them numerous times and always the same -- soggy dripping burrito and taco sauces leaking out onto everything else in bag, greasy potato oles and do they EVER DRAIN their taco meat before making tacos?? 🥴🤢 Taco Bell isn't even this bad.
