The Lady in the office was extra helpful with my warranty, and Jerry and Eric helped me immediately and answered all of my questions, I was out of there quickly. (With my new battery). I will never go anywhere else for car batteries and will continue to recommend this place to others.

This is truly a warehouse experience. This is how it should be. I came in with my old battery and paid a discount price for a car battery with a good brand name. The price alone warrants the 5⭐ rating for me. If you prefer a better service experience then try a different vendor.

I obtained two huge lead acid batteries each weighing 130 pounds well over 10 years ago. They no longer were any good. I wanted to donate them. This company was recommended to me. I called and the person on the phone was excellent. When I got to their location the two men at their loading dock were TERRIFIC! The both had great sense of humor and easy to deal with. One man drove up with a large drivable lift and positioned the lift plate perfectly so the batteries could be slid out of the back of my RAV4. We did NOT have to lift the batteries. The whole process was fast. I was impressed.

So I took my car battery on the back of my bike and caught the attention of a real nice gentleman who didnt feel comfortable with me riding with the ties I had so he went to his car and gave me some of his own tie downs and his employee straped it to the back seat on my bike which was a relief because its hard enough riding freeways with it there let alone strapping it thank you guys so much for your extra mile you went for me so much
