These guys are so incredible. I ordered a new airbrush compressor that I needed for a job, which got lost in the email. Frends Beaty was so nice to send me a 2nd one to ensure I can do the job, and did the heavy lifting with the delivery provider. In the mids all of it Anthony (from Frends) was incredibly supportive, and so kind about hearing my frustrations with delivery handling. 100% customer for life. Thank you for saving my bootie.

This shop is the worst shop I'm ever seen before, I'm just want buy some make up tools for my girlfriend but I don't know how they always have many old cosmetic product even when I'm want to refund them useless products they insulted me!?

Very happy to come across Frends Beauty Supply. I have been looking for my hair extensions (specific brand) and unable to locate a vendor that sells them until I found Frends Beauty. I called to place an urgent order as I am leaving for vacation and getting my hair done in a couple of days. I had previously ordered from another beauty store in Vancouver who sells the brand and placed the order 1 month ago and they still haven't arrived! So I cancelled and luckily found this vendor who sells them and now they are being shipped and arriving tomorrow! So happy for the customer service very helpful highly recommend for out of country clients. I live in Canada by the way :) Alex in customer service helped me and she was amazing, thank you so much!

Came here a week ago, bought over $300 worth of makeup. Was recommended a powder that was a shade two dark. As home soon as I got home realized that not only was it two dark, it was slightly cracked. Today, I tried to exchange it. Manager wouldn't allow the exchange, she insinuated I dropped it. I'm extremely upset over the poor customer service. I wasn't even trying to get a refund, just simply wanted to get even exchange. It's a shame that this place is five minutes away from me. I'm seriously disillusioned because I read mostly good reviews about them. I guess I'll be taking my money somewhere else even if I have to drive a little farther for good customer service.
