Best certified Star Smog. Since DMV is only now accepting Star Smog certification I have going here now for 3 years. No appointment needed, the hours are great 830a-530p, closed Wed, Sat and Sun but that's OK. Close to dining and my shopping needs in Westlake, Daly City. Highly recommend if you live close by or want a nice drive. Easy freeway access too

Question is worded funny. Are you asking if smog stations are not able to smog a 1980? Because there are a few that I know but they charge a lot more. For Westlake, I'm not sure. You should probably call in and ask
