If you need any service or supplies, Advans CPAP is the ONLY place to go. Louis is so helpful and his service and parts are a GREAT value. My Respironics BIPAP Series M machine has been acting up for the past month. My sleep center required a consult and new sleep study before they would consider helping with the failing machine. I contacted Louis and he told me to bring in the machine for evaluation. I was so impressed when Louis called me with good news. My machine needed a new motor ($185 parts with labor). I was so impressed at the speed and value of the service. I was also pleased with 90 day parts warranty and one year labor warranty. I look forward to many good nights of sleep and piece of mind knowing my machine is in good operating condition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
