Ordered to go so that part went smooth but the quality for the price was crazy. I assume because I had ordered chicken strips they thought my meal was for a child however I'm a grown woman I assure you. The chicken and fries were skimpy maybe 4 small pieces and 15 fries. I had asked for extra ranch which they must of known I would not need because I did not receive it. I think I'll go elsewhere next time..

Food was good. Prices are up as they are everywhere. The burgers appear to be a lot thinner than they first opened, causing them to be less juice, than in the past. And!!! This affects the flavor, giving them only 4 stars and not five. People do see the cost cutting procedures that businesses take to still maintain their percentage of profit, without having to raise the prices too drastictly.

This place is awesome. There's such a great selection of burgers it's always hard to choose. Very seldom is there a wait.

Believe me, I love a good burger and they are above average here. However, the service when we visited was very slow and the bottomless fries are only appealing if they can get to your table before you are done with your meal. One of the other reviewers was spot on with the comment about the first round of fries being a small portion. The Royal Red Robin with an Egg and bacon is always my go-to. I also like that they have bottomless steak fries and bottomless salad as a healthier option. My burger still had the mayo on it when I asked that it be left off. Coca-Cola is trash and they add too much ice to their drinks. The prices are pretty fair. The bar was nicer than I remember and they have spot for curbside/carryout.
