I had been out shopping for a shotgun and went to three places before here. One place said they had the model I was looking for and when I got there they didn’t. Two others didn’t take time to talk to me. I was greeted as I walked through the door here and had a personalized shopping experience. I was shown two options of the gun I wanted and given a lesson in ammo, I needed that since I’m new to shotguns. This is by far the best place I have ever done business with. They made me feel at ease and at home and no pressure to buy anything. I will be back for future purchases. If you are shopping for a gun they have a very nice selection and they are very nice and will answer your questions without making you feel like a dummy. The prices were as good if not better than the two previous shops I was at out of the four. I really didn’t bother looking at the other places once I couldn’t get help. Thank you for the service and warm treatment I received today as your customer and you now have one for life!

Amazing group of kind and knowledgeable people! Bob and Ian were able to assist with many questions I had regarding a Banshee CCP and options and considerations. It was 10 minutes until close and even though I said I wouldn’t be purchasing today, it did not change the way I was treated, nor did they make me feel rushed. I’d gladly pay a little extra if I can go back to the seller with help, but not only are they helpful but very competitive prices for their guns. Upon leaving at 5 minutes til close, I got in my car and realized I didn’t get a photo that I wanted. Bob, with a smile and without sensing frustration, without hesitation, went into the back to inbox and remove the firearm for a FOURTH time. Friendly and professional! After looking everywhere for 38 special ammo (even had one employee at another place chuckle and tell me, “Good Luck!”) I was able to get exactly what I needed!
