Great Clips is your typical hair cutting establishment with really no frills. Honestly, it's Great Clips so frills weren't expected. What was expected was a decent haircut and that was provided by the friendly staff. The wait time was manageable with easy online check-in. My only gripe is a haircut these days is $17. Now don't get me wrong, I haven't needed a haircut in over 10 years because I typically shave my own head. But with winter being as cold as it has been I decided to keep a bit on top this year to prevent an unnecessary death. I was a bit taken back at the $17 price tag but I do completely understand that employees need to make a living wage and rent in a strip mall is costly. What isn't costly these days? I guess I am just a bit out of touch on haircut costs. Either way should I need another haircut in the next decade I would definitely reconsider Great Clips to get the job done. But for now I will go back to a clean scalp and save myself the $17.

I'm giving 5 stars bc we've never had an issue before the last time. Avoid the older lady with the long pony tail!!! As long as you ask for someone else to cut your hair, you will be very happy. The older lady complains non stop. She complained about her coworkers, the company, other customers. Complained about covid policies. Everything out of her mouth was negative. My husband wouldn't ask for his hair to be a little shorter bc he just wanted to get away from her. All the other ladies are nice and always happy.

Amy Pryor cut my hair and I love it! I will be returning to see her!! I recommend people scheduling with her so they can get the best hair styles!

I’ve been getting my haircut at the same place in Quincy for years, here lately their staff is so unknowledgeable, can’t even do a fade. It gets to where I check in online, I go there look through the door to see who’s working that day and if it’s the crew that’s in there right now, run as fast as you can. It’s like the prison lock up crew or something. You shouldn’t have to go home and fix your hair your self after you pay $15 for a haircut. I really miss Mandy wherever she is. Well I gave them another shot just this week and I have to find someone to fix my hair again there aren’t 2 inches on my head where my fade is the same length this is ridiculous! Paid $21 for this time! I am literally being laughed at about my haircut from this place shame on you people.
