Don't bother setting up reservations, they do what they want. The customer service in store is the worst, even their employees are standing in the parking lot so you can't park. Place is a joke the staff is extremely unprofessional, you will better serviced at McDonald's. Better clowns.

I had many changes to my rental car reservation, even after I had picked up the car. I can't even begin to express my appreciation for Keely and Steve at the Quincy, IL Enterprise. No matter what I called them with, each one was super kind, helpful and didn't make me feel foolish because my plans changed abruptly. I so appreciate their helpfulness. I had booked a rental 2 weeks in advance to drive 14 hours down to pick up my father's ashes with this company and they waited till the MORNING of to tell me there were NO rentals and NONE in the surrounding area and that I would be unpromised any vehicles for the day but there would be a chance at noon for a vehicle to be ready. This entirely ruined the schedule I had for a funeral that I will now have to miss due to the lack of accuracy this company has. If there are no rentals available for the days I booked a rental for they should have called at least a day or 2 in advance. The man that called informed me not even an hour before my scheduled pick up that their vehicles were all rented out and they had no idea when they would be returned or where the vehicles were located, no one was returning his calls. Unbelievable.

Be very careful to listen closely about the insurance they offer. They will go on and on about how it could be helpful and all the different things that could happen that scare you into wanting it, but it is a $20/ day charge. Hope this helps a lot of people who are ina hurry when they get there and have to rush through the paperwork.
