DO NOT come here to do a pre employment drug screen. Their computers were down. I had to do a pre employment drug screen that was " time sensitive." They screwed up because my tests were never transmitted electronically. My time to get my drug screen had expired even though i did it in time. My future employer had to have me do another drug screen for Concentra, a different company, three days later delaying everything. Labcorp wasted my time and delayed my whole background check process. Not only that, THEY HAVE A LIMITED TIME window to even do a drug test. Two 2 and half hour intervals to do a drug screening during a whole day (5 hours only). They aren't even open on the weekends. Don't come here for a drug screening. The staff was nice, and if the computers weren't down, then I would say they would get a 3 or 4 rating. Essentially the hours you can do a drug test are for the lower rating.

I had a stool H pylori test. They gave me the collection kit, I collected the sample at home and a day later brought it back to drop off. They said it was the wrong kit. They gave me the wrong kit. So now they give me this different kit. And it has to be brought back within 2 hours of collecting the sample otherwise to be frozen. So I said can I use your bathroom, a broth inside a specimen collecting lab, to finish and hand it back right away. They said no! They let a random person come in to use the bathroom, they let someone go in and give them a urine sample but I was not allowed to go into the bathroom to collect a stool sample. Completely illogical, robots work there with no common sense. This was a waste of time and energy for me.

I was dreading going to this location only because it’s not my norm. But the Lakewood office is under construction so as my surprise I checked in on there customer check in computer it was easy & they called me in about 15mins later I was only there about 20mins total & the man (Asian) was wonderful didn’t feel anything, I will never go to the Lakewood office again when I’m always there at least 2-3 hrs. Thanks again Lab Corp.

Worst company. Terrible staff. My second time going here and just as awful as the first time. First time I came I had to wait nearly 2 hours just to piss in a cup during their walk in hours and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Not to mention most of the staff were playing on their personal cell phones taking their sweet time chit chatting with each other. Guess they have never heard of sense of urgency, or maybe they think I enjoy sitting in their waiting room all day like I don't have other things to do with my life. Second time I came here there was only two people ahead of me, and I still had to wait 45 minutes. Finally when I was called up to give my sample appearantly both toilets we're out of service and I wasn't able to give my sample. Terrible customer service. Bunch of entitled know it all's who think the world revolves around them.
