Check your receipt’s, after leaving the store I compared the tags on my purchased items and they didn’t coincide with what I got charged, went back in, they fixed it and returned my money, a lot of people never check their receipts (good faith I guess), I want to think this miss handle of the cashiers was a mistake, not a usual way of conducting business.

Horrible customer service. As we arrived, an employee was wiping glass entry doors. She made no effort to make way for us to enter, no eye contact, horrible vibes throughout store. If it weren’t for great ambient music playing and no other Boot Barn around, we would’ve walked right out. My daughter stood at counter for several minutes. Absolutely ignored by staff. Then a very short, curt interaction with ZERO personality. We felt like apologizing for being customers in the store. So disappointing.

One of a kind store with everything u never knew u needed. Every store is different along with the vibe. Go to a few and don’t be scared to buy something

The store is large with a variety of Western wear and work wear. The book section is a big small for the store size. Still, I bought a nice pair of Tony Llamas for a great price. I'll be back in a few months for another pair.
