Kathy is such a blessing to me! I found her in January 2018. She is a wonderful trainer and supporter! She pushes and encourages me to do my best to improve. I have gotten stronger and more confident. She is competent in the exercises and is focused on form to prevent injury and optimal outcomes. She provides recommendations on stress management, diet and overall health and wellness.

Kathy is just what the Dr. ordered...literally! After a lengthy and complicated battle with breast cancer it was time to take charge of my health again and Kathy has helped me do just that. She has created a custom, dynamic workout plan that caters to my strengths and challenges my weaknesses which is exactly what I need. In the past six weeks I have not done the same workout twice which keeps me motivated to see what's next! In addition, Kathy's nutritional knowledge has led me to make excellent food decisions each and everyday. She has helped me balanace my busy life and my nutritional needs. However, the best part of teaming up with Kathy is the beauty of the network of women she has introduced me to through her True Body Fitness Transformation Challenge. Wow! What a difference 4 weeks can make! This challenge helped motivate me to step up my workouts and really watch what was going in my mouth. Kathy is an inspirational leader who guides you through each step of the way. It is such a pleasure to work with her, even when she is pushing us out of our comfort zones. Her knowledge about the body and her creativity in workouts make me get up in the morning to work out. Thanks for being a great leader! There is no "one size fits all" option in True Body Fitness. Because each client is different, so is each workout even during training classes. We modify and challenge as needed so all clients are successful with reaching their goals. We specialize in: 1. Fitness training from beginners with no previous exercise experience to recreational athletes. 2. Men and women with limitations: previous injury/post rehab (with doctor clearance if needed), obesity, autoimmune disorders and cancer patients and survivors (with doctor clearance). 3. Women's weightlifting for weight loss and physique change. 4. Nutrition coaching 5. Kettlebell training

We are qualified to work many medical conditions including asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, post rehab injuries, cancer, etc. We welcome those with a clearance for exercise from your medical professional.

Can I Attend Your Classes If I’m Pregnant?

We can work with clients who are pregnant, however, we don’t offer a specific class for pregnant women. The workouts we offer during our classes are not geared towards pregnant women. Postpartum, it’s important to get clearance from your doctor - typically 12 weeks after you’ve had your baby.
