The sales representative, Mahan, was and has been incredibly helpful. We've purchased 2 vehicles from RSM Toyota and each time he went out of his way to help us out, including coming in on his day off early in the morning to help us purchase a vehicle that had just been delivered. The sales and finance teams are also excellent. I very highly recommend this dealership. We'll definitely talk to Mahan again for our next purchase.

I had nothing but the best experience shopping for a new car at Santa Margarita Toyota. My previous car had been in an accident. And I came here after a very negative experience at the Culver City Toyota, where I was pressured and hassled by that location's sales team. So suffice to say, I was already quite stressed and frustrated. From the very beginning, my salesman Kevin was friendly, down-to-earth, honest, and understanding. Not to mention, incredibly patient and informed — and easy to just have conversations with while test driving different cars. And more than anything, he was gracious when I needed space to think through my options. Spending $30K+ is a lot of money and when you're committing to a new car, you want to feel confident in your decision. And Kevin was key in that. And once I'd chosen my new CHR, the finance manager Otto was helpful in making financial investments in the future of my car and great about clarifying points in the process that are naturally confusing and overwhelming. Everyone here was so kind and welcoming. I can't thank them enough for getting me into a car I love.

What a great experience!Was contacted by Greg after inquiring about Tundra limited that dealership had .All my questions were answered and set appointment for Saturday after work .Greg had informed me that if he wasn’t there that Techlo would help me ,which he did a great job of and answered my questions that I had .And then worked with Otto in finance even though I had financing through my credit union he attempted to get me a better rate which he couldn’t (2.29%rate cu)but he it was still a pleasure to do the paperwork with him . Even had the opportunity to meet Robin the general manager , what a great asset to your dealership.

New car!! Introducing the Fancy Panda! I think I’m in love ❤️😍 Seriously this dealership made the purchase process so easy I was afraid I was missing something. Straightforward, honest, fast, no pressure….if you need a car I recommend them hands down. If you know me I’m pretty critical and wouldn’t recommend much to my friends but this place is absolutely amazing and I would go here each and every time I want a car, hands down.
