Park was under great management by Tess, great area about 10 minute walk from the bay, clean area showers, half the laundry machines don’t work and the dryer burns your cloths. One thing I will say that I didn't like about the area was it is very NOISEY be prepared for a train at 3:00am, 11:00am, 3:00pm and 11:00 pm everyday. This is also a place where there is very loud cars that drive by at all hours of the night doing burnouts, donuts, and street racing. Within the first month are car was broken into which forced us to get a security system. But this is still one of the best parks in the area you will pass the others driving down lewelling and understand why I’m saying this. Overall this is not a horrible spot but it’s not a lifetime area either.

Sandev Mobile Home Park is a beautiful and quiet place to live. Each site is big enough for your trailer and 2 other vehicles. The manager Tess is a wonderful professional host and keeps the park decorated, clean and peaceful. If I wasn't on a work assignment from out of town, I would make Sandev my permanent residence. I tried to get into this mobile home park before Tess was hired and it was impossible to communicate with anyone, office always closed, no returns calls or emails. Within a week under new management with Tess, I was able to get in with no problems. Tess has excellent customer service skills. After 7 months I was sad I had to leave such a peaceful and beautiful park. Thanks Tess for everything!!

I stayed here for 7 months during the pandemic of 2020. There aren't any crazies running around and its pretty quiet besides the train but you get used to that. Also, the manager is very helpful and friendly.

This park is a great place to stay. I was there for 4 months and loved every minute. The Management has changed since the previous reviews. Tess is the new manager and she is very professional and has awesome customer service. The park is clean and well cared for. The owner found the best person to manage the park, I would recommend staying there even for just a night. The Spaces are large and you have enough room to park your RV and 2 Vehicles. The location is safe and there is a store and restaurants within walking distance. The Bay is also within walking distance. This is a pet friendly park. I was sorry to have to leave. I just hope the new park in SoCAL is just as good. It will be hard to beat.
